Vivant et travaillant actuellement à Nantes, je me suis formé à la photographie aux Ateliers beaux-arts de la Ville de Paris, puis à l’Ecole des métiers de l’information (Emi-Cfd). Photographe indépendant depuis 2008, mon travail est axé sur l’exploration de la mémoire de lieux au travers des traces laissées par l’homme, par la nature, ou par le temps tout simplement.
Je mène par exemple un travail depuis 4 ans sur le littoral de la Vendée (85), et plus particulièrement sur la Forêt des Pays de Monts. Au travers du projet « Signes de vie », je cherche à mettre en évidence les interactions visibles ou invisibles entre l’homme et la nature.
Mon travail se situe à l’intersection de l’approche documentaire, de l’expression subjective et de la recherche plasticienne.
